CHAIR EXERCISE for older men & ladies, or anyone who is less mobile or unsteady on their feet, 45 minutes
Classes to help maintain your independence by improving fitness,
muscles, posture, flexibility and bone strength
EXERCISE TO MUSIC to improve co-ordination, strength and balance
Most exercises are carried out seated or standing with chair support, and also includes some standing leg strength and balance exercises. Resistance bands and other small equipment is used. Falls prevention is a priority.
Uplifting music with simple choreography and a fun, friendly and supportive environment. Please wear trainers or supportive shoes.
CHAIR PILATES Gentle stretching and exercises to improve posture and build body strength, particularly the Core and Back in a safe effective way. All done seated. Wear loose or stretchy clothes that you can move in, and wear socks for Pilates (shoes are removed for class). Please wear a warm layer and warm socks in the winter as this is not an energetic class
£5 per class. Booking preferred or just turn up for this class
